Maintenance of manufacturing system

We offer services to customers that involve taking custody of their system component parts, after which those components are disassembled, overhauled and cleaned, and expendable parts are replaced. Then such components are reassembled and returned to the customer.
At Kuritec Service, we have an extensive track record beyond cleaning services, particularly with respect to assembling and inspecting challenging and highly complex parts.

Cleaning of cooling water systems

We provide a service that removes the scales in system, piping and other places where cooling water flows inside the customer’s production facilities, thereby contributing to the restoration of functions and the maintenance of production efficiency.

Repair

We repair and otherwise handle the customer’s deteriorated parts and parts whose warranty has expired.
