History
Our company’s precision cleaning business was created on the foundations of the plant cleaning technology previously cultivated by the Kurita Group. This was done through the practical application of that technology and the use of ultrapure water manufacturing technology. However, that path was by no means smooth.
Precision cleaning is greatly different from the plant cleaning of the past. Its focus is the properties and characteristics of the materials and adhering contaminants of system component parts. It does not merely remove macro-contaminants. It has the extremely micro and, moreover, important element of ensuring cleanliness after the customer reinstalls the parts in the system following cleaning. Initially, using our proprietary technologies, this undertaking was a series of trials and errors.
Efforts to establish and improve a so-called final cleaning technology that reduces residual ions and particles to the absolute minimum ─ that is the history of our company’s cleaning technology.
