Quality Policy
Through the provision of the Precision Cleaning Service Business and other services, we will continuously work toward providing highly safe and quality products and services, contribute toward solving issues faced by our customers and society, and conduct business activities with unshakable trust toward realizing a sustainable society.
As members of the Kurita Group, everyone at Kuritec Service and related organizations will work to improve the following two kinds of quality from the customer’s perspective—“quality in products” and “quality in people”—in alignment with the Kurita Group Behavioral Guidelines and Code of Conduct and complying with the Kurita Group Product Quality Policy.
- Observe laws, regulations, customer requirements, and such, and implement and continuously improve a quality management system appropriate for the business environment, from development until production and provision of products and services.
- Accurately understand customer requirements and expectations, and conduct quality improvement activities—with consideration of product safety—toward improving customer satisfaction.
(1) Promote the use of machines, automation, and information technology to improve productivity toward providing products and services with consistent quality.
(2) Work to contribute toward environmental conservation by ensuring product safety and promoting the development and improvement of products and services that consider impact on the environment.
- Correctly record and properly store information regarding products and services.
- Work to develop our own capabilities, with the aim of being “a person who deeply understands of flontline sites(Genba), elevate expertise, and is able to provide customers with value.”
Kuritec Service Group Quality Objectives

- Commit the customer’s requirements to writing, provide the necessary information to everyone involved from the initial inquiry to the delivery, and execute without any omissions.
- Continuously improve QMS, so as to provide excellent quality that satisfies the customer.
- Continue to provide guidance, until you are satisfied, regarding the abilities necessary (in each stage) for the maintenance and improvement of QMS.
- Gather suggestions for improvement, workplace opinions, information on near misses, and other data, and use it to prevent potential problems in the workplace.
- Managers must be aware of the latent risks involved in infrequent operations, people, objects, equipment, procedures, information transmission, etc., and must guide and instruct workers in risk reduction measures.
- In order to provide correct data related to the quality and performance of products and services, carry out measures to prevent dishonest practices such as falsification of data, forgery, etc.
Quality Management
Our top priority with respect to quality management is that of bringing about consistent quality and heightening production yield in manufacturing semiconductor devices, flat-panel displays (FPDs), and solar and film manufacturing system, based on the notion of improving levels of customer satisfaction.
